Letting Go of the Little Things

Getting angry at things in life is a choice that we make. Our feelings are not a product of our situation, whether the situation is being stuck in traffic, losing something, or running late, or else every person would respond identically to the same situations. Consciously changing our thoughts about a situation can control the stress and anger the situation might normally create in us, and can lead to better mental and physical health. A few tips to help redirect potential anger include rerouting thought process, or trying to empathize with the person that may be causing your stress or anger.
