Which of the 7 Types of Love Relationships Fits Yours

Psychology has been attempting to define love for decades and may not be any closer to a definitive answer, but, in the meantime, Robert Sternberg of the University of Wyoming has provided an interesting framework for ongoing discussion with his triangular theory of love. Not to be confused with a love triangle, the triangular theory is intended to define the three main dimensions of love. Each point of the triangle represents an extreme of one of the dimensions, which are intimacy, passion, and commitment. Intimacy represents the degree to which the relationship involves feelings of closeness, connectedness, and other strong emotional bonds.
